Pricing /Client Agreement Form

At the time of booking, we ask that clients sign our client agreement form. There is also a deposit that will be taken in order to secure your spot on the Simple Spaces calendar. 

  • Organizing Hours

    • $100/Hour for one organizer

    • $125/Hour for two organizers

    • $150/Hour for three organizers

*Initial Day is 4 hour minimum

  • Purchasing of Product

    • Client can purchase on own based on a product list provided by Simple Spaces. ($100)​

    • Simple Spaces will charge two hours of work to purchase all products for client. ($200)

    • Client is financially responsible for purchases of products. All receipts will be provided to client for proof of price.

  • Consultation

    • The first consultation is complimentary. If Simple Spaces is required to come back for a second consultation, the client will be charged $100 for one hour of work.

  • Travel Fee

    • Any client that lives 10 miles or more will be charged a travel fee of one hour of work. Anything over an hour of travel will be discussed with client.

  • Labeling

    • Font Clear Sticker Labels - $10/space

    • Metal Clip Label – price based on purchase price

    • P-Touch Labeling - $5

  • Donation take away - $25
